Makai Clemons

A letter from Makai to
the Peter Miller Foundation:

I am Makai Clemons. I'm 11 years old. I surf with my dad, but like having other people to look up to. My dad used to surf with 'the Miller twins' and my mom remembers them surfing when she lifeguarded in the 90's. I haven't met Peter. I have heard what a great role model and surfer he was. I love surfing so much! I think I should be on the team because I am kind and friendly in the water. I believe that Jesus is my savior, and I live a Christian life. I want to be a part of a team of other surfers who have the same values as me.
