A letter from Ikaika to
the Peter Miller Foundation:

I am a christian surfer who wants to show God's love and grace through my surfing and kindness all over the world. I am 17 years old and was born and raised in Kailua.

From surfing trips to new and used boards, the Peter Miller Foundation has made it possible for me to accomplish some of my goals as a young surfer. To me, the Peter Miller Foundation has been a loyal resource to many up and coming surfers of Kailua. The Foundation is all about helping surfers by providing them with what they need to succeed in their ability and passion to surf.

Being a young surfer of Kailua who works for my own money, it's tough to pay for boards and contest fees. The Foundation has supported me and many of my friends with funds needed and opportunities to take our surfing to the next level. But the big picture is that the Peter Miller Foundation has taught me how to live as Pete did. He was a surfer who loved everyone no matter who you were and gave of himself unconditionally.

I am an up and coming surfer of Kailua who wants to carry on Pete's legacy through my surfing and helpfulness toward the next generation, and with the help and support of the Peter Miller Foundation it is happening.
